Refund policy

Return and Refund

Whether the size does not match or the item is defective, no problem we accept returns.
However under certain conditions:

You have a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of your items to contact us and let us know.

All items must be returned in perfect condition:
-With their labels and / or stickers
-In their original packaging
-As clean as when shipped, with no special odors
-For a hygiene issue, having been tried over your under-
clothing (especially for jumpsuits)

- For obvious reasons, any order for personalized products at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged ·

Take note that all items will be thoroughly inspected upon return reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions and to return them to the buyer at the latter's expense.


Contact us at

-In explaining to us the reason for the return. (wrong size, defective items…)
- By specifying the order number / invoice number.
-If necessary, specifying which item is it on your invoice.

After receiving your request we will contact you to confirm whether your item is eligible for return, and for an exchange or refund.
We will also communicate to you, if applicable, the procedure for sending your parcel.

Return: (if applicable)

- Systematically provide proof of purchase. (order form or invoice)
- Take care to pack your package well, we will return at your expense any items damaged due to poor packaging.

-In some cases the shipping costs may be at the expense of the customer.

-You must wait for our approval before returning your item, any unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refund: (if applicable)

-Refund will be made after receipt and inspection of your items.

-Reimbursement will be made via the initial payment method

- The reimbursement concerns only the items ordered, we do not reimburse the initial transport costs.
